I’m Karyn Shade with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.

I’ve dedicated the majority of my career serving as a consultant and trusted advisor to business and technical decision makers across national and global corporations. My long term affinity for the world of real estate  inspired me to expand my career into this exciting field. Helping others smoothly navigate the sometimes complex process of business transactions while making important decisions is personally rewarding. I take pride in serving my clients with excellence and helping them move closer to their goal, whether that be an aspired career move or the home of their dreams.

I raised my children and built my career in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. I am the proud Mom of 3 amazing adult children, mother-in-law to a lovely soul and Nana to 3 precious, energetic and adorable little boys who bring joyful blessings into my world.

The charity near and dear to my heart is the Alzheimer’s Association. I have been a committee volunteer and active participant in many fundraising events over the past nine years.

My motto: Cherish the mind, body and soul. Staying active is a priority and a passion for me. I practice yoga, cycle and weight train. I love the beach and enjoy several water activities including kayaking and paddle boarding. I also enjoy the peacefulness of horseback riding and ski during the winter season.
